We go to Bruster's quite frequently because my bf loves the NY Cheesecake. However, the prices are extremely high for the small portions that you serve. The scoops are so tiny, like kid size. I do like the new Mint with Fudge flavor, but before that I didn't care for most of the flavors. It is a bit strange that only teenagers work there, I have never seen an adult in the shop, not once. Always a pleasure having ice cream at Brewster . Perfect way to make my day extra special. Ice cream is always fantastic. Staff are pleasant and seem to like their job . Order is always correct and served in a timely manner. Never a bad experience
