To whom may it concern I took my family of three to Bruster’s for their first experience, having recently moved from California. I expected them to enjoy it, but our visit at 8:37 p.m. was disappointing. There were three open windows taking orders, and in our line, three young girls were chatting and sampling every flavor on the menu. We had incredible ice cream tonight! Friendly service and very clean surroundings.
I usually have a great experience here and have no problems but this young girl right here is rude arrogant, and has no respect for public safety. My ambulance went to this Location around 4:50 All I asked was for her to apply the The discount for public Safety/ first responders .
