When the flavor of the month (Strawberry Matcha) went out of rotation I was devastated. Bruster’s Robinson not only replied to my Instagram DM almost immediately, they saved the day!!! This Bruster’s location went ABOVE and BEYOND to custom make a whole gallon of the flavor for me. The manager here is such a genuine and kind person, and very passionate about ensuring his customers are happy (which I am). All of the staff are so helpful and very friendly.
