If using a coupon, make sure the employee applies it to your bill before leaving. I made that mistake. Also, make sure they ring up your order correctly. I am giving the stars for the taste of my ice cream and docking it for what happened above. I did, in fact get the correct ice cream choices, but one of them was just rung up incorrectly as something else (not sure why). The place stayed busy, both standing in line & in the drive thru.
