This place is wonderful! I love it. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the flavors are out of this world!.
Love brusters but they are paiiiinfffuuulllyyyyy slow even when ordering ahead there’s a wait at least 15 mins every single time. In addition to my wait got home to my large cup (4 scoops) was missing 2 scoops and the 3rd flavor I ordered! Extremely disappointed :/
Today I had the WORST experience EVER at Bruster's. There were 2 young ladies working. The one on the walk up window Haley was short and not very friendly. I asked about a special I'd seen online. She said that she didn't know anything about it. She asked her co-worker who confirmed. I placed my order anyway. She hands me my ice cream. I as for a bag. She says she doesn't have any.
