I typically come here in the evenings with my boys. Today I decided to surprise my boys with ice cream but the customer service changed my mind. I was actually going to jersey Mike's to pick up subs but went to the window first. The two staff inside were moving around so I tapped on the window. I’m usually a regular at Bruster’s and always come for two milkshakes (one strawberry, one vanilla), which are usually great. Last night I decided to switch it up and order a banana split, something I’ve had a few times before. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. There was a lot of ice cream, but barely any toppings—and no hot fudge at all. For a treat that’s supposed to be loaded with toppings, it felt incomplete and not worth the price.
