They desperately need an adult manager working here to keep the teenage employees on track. Placed an online order for two cups of ice cream at 830 pm - arrived @ 8:40 pm to a crowd of 20-30 people outside. I waited at the pick up window and wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for several minutes so I was not sure how to actually get my order. I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with Butter Brickle ice cream. Sundae 🍨 came out with vanilla ice cream. It was still good...but the teens working didn't pay attention.
