I am deeply shocked and frustrated by the experience my group and I had at this Bruster's location on October 10, 2025, around 9:30 PM. This visit was marked by blatant customer discrimination and outright dishonesty from the staff. When we asked for test scoops, the employee was extremely direct and rude, stating flatly, "We don't have them as we are out of test scoops." Consistently inconsistent. You ordered a waffle cone with two scoops? That’s nice, maybe you’ll get two scoops, or maybe a scoop with a little more smeared on top. You’ll surely be charged for what you ordered but you won’t get it, and if you inquire you’ll be ignored. Perhaps you’re served the wrong ice cream because it doesn’t taste right. We usually love going to Bruster’s for ice cream—it’s just 5 minutes from our house, and my family has always had great experiences there until yesterday. On Labor Day evening, my 9-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son were so excited for a treat. We ordered two banana splits and also asked for the free cone for my little one.
