Ordered a custom cake by phone on Wednesday night. Pickup is Friday at 3:00 or they would call when it’s ready. Show up Friday at 5:00 and it’s not ready. They started the order but not finished. HORRIBLE!!! LITTLE AISIAN GIRL YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND HER ON THE SPEAKER. I ORDERED 2 SCOOPS OF WHITE TURTLE. THE TOP SCOOP WAS PLAIN VANILLA. I DROVE BACK AROUND. SHE TOOK THE WHITE TURTLE FROM BOTTOM AND PUT ON TOP OF THE VANILLA AND SAID NO IT IS WHITE TURTLE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE I GOT ONLY 1 SCOOP OF WHAT I ORDERD.
