Bruster’s is my go-to spot for a sweet treat in Alexandria! The staff is always friendly, the portions are generous, and the variety of flavors is impressive. My absolute favorite is Rum Raisin; it’s creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of raisins. So glad Bruster's is here! Their ice cream always manages to turn my day around, making a bad day a little bit better, or an already good day even better! The customer service is excellent, and it is a great place for the whole family, including dogs!
The tiramisu flavored ice cream is out of this world! I'm definitely going back for seconds!
Ice cream quality is good and I have been here many times and several times a week. The main issue will be many times they will give you half scoop sized scoops about the size of a regular spoon. Sometimes you will get a regular scoop and sometimes you will get the mini scoop. Not sure if it is the owner pushing this method or who it is because last year we use to get consistent size scoops every time and this has only became an issue starting this winter season.
