My experience was really disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer at Buster’s on Jimmy Carter for a while, and I’ve always been helped by the guys in the afternoon who are super friendly and professional. But this past Friday around 7:30 PM The girl who helped me (receipt says Neveah227) was rude and didn’t include any spoons or napkins in my order. Alvin always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I visited, he greeted me with a smile and treated me with respect and my wife had the same experience. It’s truly disappointing to hear that he was let go. I can only hope it was for a fair reason because Bruster’s lost someone who connected so well with the community.
