This is the second time we’ve been here and received awful service. Unfortunately, it seems to be the younger employees who simply don’t care. They’re too busy joking around and playing instead of paying attention to customers. Our order wasn’t listened to properly, items were forgotten, and our shakes sat waiting because the staff was distracted (we were the only ones there at the time!).
