Just came from there and they were not open at 11AM. One person who seemed to be an employee was sitting in her car on the phone. No one came to the windows.
My experience was not pleasant at all. There were two young female employees working at the front who appeared to be lollygagging around instead of focusing on getting customers’ orders out in a timely manner. Three customers who ordered after me received their ice cream before I did. Lady at the front was rude and said she can’t make me a sundae because there’s no sprinkles. I saw a woman get her order with sprinkles right away.
Good ice cream
Decided to make a late night run because I really wanted some ice cream. It says that you close at 10:30pm today . I got there before 10:30 and the shop is closed. Really inconvenient and frustrating. The open sign was still lit as well .
