A pleasant little ice-cream shoppe with ice-cream my son and I enjoyed. My son had chocolate while I had Mint Made with Oreo. My friend , who was buying, declined to buy anything for herself because of the prices. The dining area, which is shared with the adjourning restaurant, needed some TLC. Parking was a little limited on the entrance side but we found spots right away. Friendly service! I am going to recommend a visit. The service here is ridiculous. The workers don’t care enough to give out the right orders for delivery drivers and cost the drivers time and frustration while they suffer from their carelessness. This store is in desperate need of some restaffing or at least better training.
Very unprofessional staff. One of the employees (Indian) repeatedly gives me the wrong order even though I clearly state the customer’s name. When I tried to fix the issue, he claimed I didn’t show my phone and refused to take responsibility. This caused problems with my customer and made me look bad for something that was not my fault. His careless attitude and dishonesty are unacceptable. Employees should be properly trained and take responsibility for their mistakes. 1 star.
