I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and received mocha. Brought it back to the counter after two sips, and was told I was wrong by the kid at the counter, who didn't replace it. I buy chocolate milkshakes here frequently. I know the difference. Not OK customer service at all. I might think twice, next time, when I have an ice cream craving.
Everything was great, except for the clerk speaking too low. My husband is hard of hearing and had to ask her to repeat everything. I had a hard time hearing her too.
Ice cream was super creamy, but didn’t really have much flavor. It was very disappointing for how much I spent on it. If their ice cream had more flavor then I would have enjoyed it a lot more. It was extremely generic and wasn’t worth $10 for a regular blast. I doubt I will return since I can get better ice cream for less.
