It was great hate that they are closing on the 19th
Brusters is a great outdoor ice cream place with fresh options daily. There is some outdoor seating that is full during peak times at peak seasons. The ice cream is always good with kid options available. Unfortunately, they are closing the doors for good on June 19. 2024.
Young person at window had horrible attitude from the start. Ordered a chocolate ice cream hot fudge sundae received vanilla ice cream with what looked hot whipped cream. It was running all over the ice cream. When asked what it was his response is that's what our whipped cream comes out like. I asked why isn't it chocolate ice cream was told we don't make them that way. The whipped cream tasted awful. Couldn't eat most of it because of taste. Expect nasty service and terrible taste .
Literally the worst experience I’ve received anywhere. I ordered 2 milkshakes and literally couldn’t even use a straw to drink it. I went back up there to tell the ppl I wanted my money back bc they gave me something I did not order. The girl literally looked at me and told me I can give you a bigger straw umm excuse me you can’t get anything out of it with a straw that’s why I am complaining.
