The new owners of this shop are running it to the ground. Took over 30 minutes to get our ice cream with tons of mistakes. Total chaos inside the shop. This was always our local but we will find a new ice cream shop for the future
**Disappointing Experience at Bruster's – Extremely Inefficient Service** I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to Bruster's was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. What should’ve been a quick stop for ice cream turned into a 45+ minute ordeal — just to get *three cones*. The staff seemed completely disorganized. If you were wondering this Brusters location does not have the Dairy-Free ice cream flavors available at other locations such as the Dairy-Free Oreos cookies and Cream and the Dairy-Free Mint chocolate chip. Other than that this location was fine.
They don’t wear any hair nets or gloves. They ring your order up but don’t wash their hands inbetween and clean counters with bare hands. Felt very unsanitary and unclean in the establishment. Also how you charge 2 extra dollar for “mix-ins” but don’t actually mix any of the toppings into the ice cream?”
