I love Bruster's ice cream, but this location was appalling. I went to use my $5 reward to purchase a regular white turtle waffle cone. I was asked to show the bar code. I did. She scanned it. I was asked how would I pay in cash or card. I said why. If I am using my reward? She says the register asked. I said cash. Then she tells me she only sees $3 reward on my account and not my $5 reward. I told her thank you, I will not purchase ice cream. Why the hassle? Bad service.
