I have been visiting the Bruster's in Winter Springs, FL for several years and the customer service is always FANTASTIC!! I always come here with my family and my kids love it here, too! Even my dog gets a treat when he comes here! This location is always very clean, has fresh new flavors daily, friendly/patient employees, and fast service. This is an epitome of a family place. I love this place because I can go here after work and just relax. They have some of the best ice cream in here.
Very Rude Owners – I chaperoned a field trip and brought my younger child who is 4 yrs old. She is also 38" tall, two inches shorter than the max for the free Kids' cone. I ordered an ice cream for me and then a kids' cone for my youngest. The woman who I assume owns the place charged me a dollar for my child's "free" cone. My friend then walked up with her younger daughter who is the exact height as mine and they gave her a free kids' cone. CAUTION – This place is extremely disgusting. DO NOT VISIT. Their milk tasted bitter and old. I don't even think it was milk, maybe it was spoiled or something? The hot dogs were under cooked and the buns were stale as hell. The manager is extremely rude and the young employee seemed overwhelmed and overworked while the manager stands there and complains to them for trying to do their job. Bruster's Real Ice Cream, Bad customer service – This unit is own by Pakistani, has very bad attitude problem. This unit has hygiene problem, my daughter vomited many time after she eat their strawberry shake. I FOUND A FLY inside the cup. I wish I can publish the picture of the fly I found. When I complained this owner showed attitude, said "Never come back to his shop" I tried to complain to Busters head quarter, they took my complain but did not do anything. Nobody should go this shop.
Addictingly yummy ice cream – This place is wonderful. The ice cream is addictingly good and the portions are huge (a little too big for me personally). They give small kids a free baby cone and your dog can get a free doggie sundae complete with a dog biscut! The freshly made waffle cones are out of this world, and every special occasion in our house calls for an ice cream cake. Best Ice Cream Place – This place is fantastic. The customer service I received was better than any other ice cream place that I have been to. I would recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, the quality is better than that of coldstone creamery. They made my ice cream fresh one time right in front of me , and it tasted like heaven !
