✅ Big yes to Christian and his team at Brussels Marseilles. ❌ Huge no to the management company (kings and queens). My family and I lived in Brussels for 3 years. Christian (the super) was always quick to respond to our queries in the apartment and the common areas (laundry room etc). He and his team were always professional and fixed any issues promptly. Over a month with holes in our ceiling, no repairs. An excuse is given each week to postpone the work further. Don't move here. Kings & Queens management is the worst I've dealt with my entire life as a new yorker.
Stay far away from these buildings. There are a lot of dangerous people living here. A lot of illegal activities going on. Neither the police or the management will act to help you. Here is a picture of my neighbor welding knife. He goes around the hallway and elevator trying to intimidate other tenants with it.
