Dr Jeffrey Bruss was my mother’s Cardiologist for 20 years. He always listened to her symptoms, encouraged her to stay active, and got back to her if she called and left a message. He not only did that for her, but also when her daughter’s called on our mother’s behalf. He is kind, considerate, intelligent and warm. My meeting with the Dr was very brief. He was polite but brief. I had an echocardiogram but no one got back to me with results. I have tried to call the office several times but no one answers. I’m disappointed. Office service is poor. But then many offices do not answer phones. Are they all under staffed? This reflects on Hoag, which Hoag would be unhappy to learn. Not first class for sure.
Dr. Bruss is both mine and my mother’s cardiologist. To find such a compassionate and caring doctor who is respectful and attentive is rare these days. He takes his time with his patients and really looks at each individual as a whole. On a recent visit I mentioned my mother was in the hospital. He promised to stop by to see her (even though her case has nothing to do with heart health) and today he did just that! Great follow through and just a very REAL and wonderful person. 5 stars!!
Expert, thorough, caring, considerate, listens, friendly. Just the best
Doctor Bruss is a fantastic doctor. His front line staff however is horrific. They are rude, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to their emails, or respond to surgeons request for information which delayed my surgery by 30 days. This is not a one time incident. I am through with these folks. I wish I could keep Dr. Bruss but I refuse to deal with his staff anymore.
Dr. Bruss has been my Physician for more than twenty years. At age 82 I am very active with No physical complaints. Dr. Bruss' advice and treatment has kept me way ahead of those in my age group. I am in better shape Today in every respect, than I was at age 35. Thank You Very Much, Dr. Bruss.
