Failed twice to show up or call for service appointments, when I called the office to cancel because of 2 no shows, my response was, ok, whatever. The only reason I called this company was they installed the unit in my new construction.
Bruss heating and cooling was very Flexible For installing air conditioning for my home that did not have it previously. Gave me several different options For my budget And was able to provide Pertinent advice on which option would best to be in my own. Thanks Bruss!
Highly recommended. Their customer service and response is wonderful, and the entire team is easy to work with. We had HVAC installed in our basement, they listened and were able to achieve what we wanted. Will definitely use in the future.
Our furnace, unfortunately, decided to stop working early Wednesday morning. When I called, they were able to come out within a couple of hours and quickly let us know that it needed to be replaced. They got us on the schedule for the very next day and replaced both our furnace and air conditioner. The service was excellent—they cleaned up after themselves and offered several helpful recommendations, like moving the air conditioner to the other side of the house where it wouldn’t be directly exposed.
