Realized our AC wasn't working last night. Called Bruss first thing this morning. They initially said they could come this afternoon, which is reasonable. I mentioned that my son has a track meet. An hour later Max said he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue, went back to the shop for parts and had the unit working before 11am! Failed twice to show up or call for service appointments, when I called the office to cancel because of 2 no shows, my response was, ok, whatever. The only reason I called this company was they installed the unit in my new construction.
Bruss heating and cooling was very Flexible For installing air conditioning for my home that did not have it previously. Gave me several different options For my budget And was able to provide Pertinent advice on which option would best to be in my own. Thanks Bruss!
Highly recommended. Their customer service and response is wonderful, and the entire team is easy to work with. We had HVAC installed in our basement, they listened and were able to achieve what we wanted. Will definitely use in the future.
