I have used Brushwood Fencing on several occasions over the past 10-15 years. In each case the work by Narelle and her team has been excellent. The latest job - replacement of a deteriorated roll top - was no different. Great work by Billy - very professional and tidy!
We recently got a new pool fence to replace one that fell over due to poor advice and poor installation by previous fencers. Narelle and her team really know what they are doing, they respond to communications, give honest advice and their work is excellent. We had an aluminium privacy fence installed so they don't just do brushwood fences. They took care to make sure it was done right and we would recommend them to anyone wanting a new fence. I was very impressed by all of my interactions with Brushwood Fencing Australia. They were very prompt in providing a quote, which was detailed and accurate. We had great communication about when the work would be done and the work was done on schedule and to a very high standard. We are delighted with our new fence.
My fence was completed by Brushwood Fencing after the construction of my new home in 2014. In 2026 the top roll required replacing due to damage from possums & the neighbors cats. Narelle & Michael again provided outstanding customer service & the workmen tidied the yard & removed all the waste.
Brushwood Fencing were amazing. Narelle was so lovely and efficient when she came for a quote. It's worth the wait! She made certain she fully understood the job, and in fact advised against a second fence where she though it was inappropriate (too heavy) - so they are not trying to oversell. Michael and his assistant did an incredible job on the fence. It was a repair and raise the height. Super neat, totally happy.
