I have one of their older units, the 500 Series. Ran into a small problem and called and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. They were able to get me the parts I needed quickly and for a very good price and got everything shipped out almost the same day. I'm very pleased with their support for the old products and not just pushing a new unit, which makes me want to buy everything from here on out with this company. BrushMonster has hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an equipment supplier. The owner personally picks up the phone, walks you through every step from ordering to delivery, and even follows up after your first use to make sure everything is right. I bought the BM Revolution Axe cutter. This machine is a beast and a very well built brush cutter. Their customer support is awesome. The only reason I needed customer support was because of my mistake, but they still went above and beyond. Mr Meeks will treat you right.
