BrushMonster has hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an equipment supplier. The owner personally picks up the phone, walks you through every step from ordering to delivery, and even follows up after your first use to make sure everything is right. I bought the BM Revolution Axe cutter. This machine is a beast and a very well built brush cutter. Their customer support is awesome. The only reason I needed customer support was because of my mistake, but they still went above and beyond. Mr Meeks will treat you right.
Been using their mower for a while now, best build quality on the market. Customer support to back it as well. Will definitely purchase here again.
