Chanel was recommended to me by my wedding planner and being an out of state bride, I did not have the opportunity to do a trial so I did not know what to expect. I am an MUA that was hired by the owner to help out with 3 weddings but once it was time to pay the owner had one excuse after another.I would reach out to her admin team via email only to find out everything was all hers .Long story short I was never paid for my services. First off- Chanel was two hours late to my bridal makeup trial and then it was rushed so I could get to my bridal photo shoot. The day of my wedding I was supposed to have 3 girls there, only 2 showed up putting us two hours behind on my wedding day for photos. I did not get to do my bridesmaids photos where I wanted because we were so behind. Then I also had a bridesmaid drop out of my wedding so I paid for one service I did not use.
