This review is only regarding bridal styling and customer service. They may do fine with cuts/color but that’s unrelated. I booked a bridal trial 2 weeks in advance with the recommendation of a friend. When I called to book, I was assured that whoever my stylist was had some experience with naturally curly hair. I was seen by amber and received some of the worst service I ever have. She was incredibly rude to me from start to finish and even made comments about how she doesn’t like my hair. Extremely unprofessional and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing.
I've been going to Tori at Brush'd Salon for about four months now and have had a consistently excellent experience. She is incredibly talented with both color and cut, and I always leave feeling fantastic. I really appreciate that she is always on time and never running behind, which is perfect for my busy schedule. She's also very efficient, so I can get in and out quickly without feeling rushed.
