This was my first time at this office. I was running a few mins behind due to traffic. I called the office and spoke to MaKyla and she said no worries she will let them know very sweet young lady. Soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles at the front desk. Rochelle my dental hygienist was very sweet and nice a beautiful personality. My overall experience was wonderful compared to the other office and front desk at Barclay- The Pointe.
I’ve been with the Brush & Floss orthodontist team for two years, and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible from start to finish. Dr. Papio is amazing!! super sweet, caring, and genuinely committed to giving you the best smile possible. She always made me feel comfortable and supported, and her passion for what she does truly shows. And Delia… she is an absolute angel. So welcoming, kind, and caring! Dr Papio and her team are exceptional. I came to their office with an unfinished Invisalign treatment. The difference in care with an orthodontist vs general dentist is obvious. My teeth are now moving the way they need to, each visit dramatically improved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wilmington area.
