Poor experience not once but twice. I believe in second chances so I looked past the first bad experience. I looked at the most recent reviews and it’s funny how an organization gets defensive and attacks people that leaves bad reviews. Now consider a health care provider attacking people for leaving bad reviews instead of empathizing with their perceived bad experience. Might they be spiteful? Should an organization in healthcare be spiteful? That’s scary!
As a fellow dentist, I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lipscomb. He does exceptional work, and I refer any of my patients from New Orleans who move to VA to him.
Poor quality Dentist. Fires all his employees... to collect COVID money. Him and his dental hygentist wife are FRAUDS! Run! Far away! They see you as a meal ticket and you are cash to them and nothing more! These two disgraceful humans shouldn't be allowed to take money from anyone. They don't pay their bills. They are behind on every bill they have in their name! Do not work for them or get your teeth done by them you'll be so sorry you did!!!
Very poor customer service, staff were very rude to me and my children. I cannot believe the disrespect. When told, the doctor or his staff responded in a rude and sarcastic manner wanting to post private conversations about my medical care on social media, very immature and concerning. Very insulting to me and my family.
Every time I’ve gone to Brush Up Dental I’ve had an excellent experience. All of their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Missy, the hygienist, is really sweet and does a great job cleaning my teeth.
