Receptionist is extremely rude, which is a shame because the vets are great. Just not worth the long wait time and being talked to like dirt.
This is the best vet clinic in the area by far. I have used them for both dogs and cats and they are outstanding. I usually request Dr. Rubis as she is probably my favorite but the other vets are terrific as well- very caring and they take their time when they examine your pet. I never feel rushed and they take their time to answer all of my questions. Sometimes when you call, the girls who answer the lines may put you on hold for a while but its worth the wait.
