This is my second time using Brushrite Painting, and they have yet to disappoint! Sam and Ginny in the front office are so easy to work with on scheduling work estimate and the work itself. Communications, reminders and follow up has been top notch customer service. Sam and Ginny were incredibly patient, and helpful, when we were choosing paint colors and finish. Great job by Brush Rite painters (John and Brad) for our remodeling project!! Our project included multiple walls that were damaged after removing wallpaper and required repair in addition to painting.
They did it again!!! Brush Rite Painting transformed my 40+ year-old living room and hallway from one that was old and somewhat dreary to one that is light, crisp, and new. I can't believe the difference it makes when you hire a company that knows what they are doing, has dependable, knowledgeable employees, and cares about the quality of their work. Special thanks to Sam, Ginny, Brad, and John. I highly recommend Trevor and his crew.
Updated 10/13/24 : was able to get ahold of them after they responded to my review, they came out to take a look. Will update again once the issue has hopefully been resolved........... STAY AWAY. Had them stain my mother's deck. The guy whom they sent simply didn't know what he was doing. One year later and the stain is looking HORRIBLE. Can't get this company to return phone call or email. Badly disappointed. 👎🏽👎🏽
This is our second time using Brush Rite Painting. My experience with this company and the staff exceeds my expectations. Trevor, Samantha, Mike, JB you all Rock. I will always use Brush Rite Painting. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best. Brush Rite Painting is a 10+. The customer service is outstanding.
