Called right before their office closed, they answered my questions & didn't even seem irritated at me for calling so close to closing (some places avoid phone calls 5mins before closing, to be fair). Still need clarification on a couple of things (like how does a first payment work?) but that's more likely that I didn't ask when I should have or was just something you wouldn't think to dumb down 😆🤷🏼‍♀️.
