This is the best gym ever! I've been going here for over a year and I thoroughly enjoy it. The trainers are wonderful and knowledgeable and the workouts can be adapted to all kinds of bodies and skill levels. The vibe from everyone attending is also spot on. My kid also has tons of fun while I work out, so it's a win-win!! Seriously, best gym ever. Don't doubt it!
Brush Park is more than just a gym, it's a community and a safe haven for bodies and minds. The staff is diligent and focused on correct form while also entertaining friendly chatter before/after class depending on the needs of the member(s). Not having to commit to an annual membership via the pay-per-class model is freeing, and the equipment and quality instruction are worth every penny. I bike 25 minutes from my neighborhood to come to this gym because there's truly nothing like it anywhere else!
I have been coming to Brush Park for about 3 months now, and I cannot say enough good things about the gym. I had kids and pretty much forgot about myself for a few years, so coming back into the gym was really intimidating for me. Before attending Brush Park, I had never in my 34 years of existence gone into a gym. June 2025 I decided to at least try, telling myself I could go once and then back out if I was humiliated. I was not optimistic. I am fat and have lasting pain from an old injury, and I was ready to be embarrassed and never go back again.
