Absolutely love this gym! I've been coming to Brush Park for over two years now and cannot recommend it highly enough. The classes are kept small, which allows the excellent coaches to provide individual attention to everyone throughout class. I was pretty novice when it came to weight-lifting, and feel so much more confident now in my ability to lift heavy things and work hard. BPG is the best gym I have ever gone to! Regardless of whether you are a super buff health nut or an out of shape mom nervous about working out in public (ahem, me), you will feel safe, supported, and confident here! Community and inclusion is the backbone of everything they do and that is what makes this space so incredible.
