I had seen Luis for as a first time client yesterday. He was attentive and on point! Very professional staff and a clean well organized salon plenty of off street parking located in the heart of East Longmedow. I’d recommend his cutting or coloring services to any individual. He is highly detail oriented and focuses on giving you the look you desire to accomplish! Thank you Luis!!!
After a hair disaster from the mall, Stephanie saved the day! Will be going back in a few weeks for a touch up and bring my daughter in. She was awesome and light with my hair.
Stephanie was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process. She was polite and kind. The color she chose for my hair really complimented my facial features! Very happy.
It started great, the first few times I went. Them something changed this year (2024). My hair is simple and that's the way I want it cut. When I gave directions, when done and the hair was wet, it looked fine. One it dried out, it was barely cut and not the way I wanted. That was the first time. The 2nd time a repeat and both sides were uneven and the cost went up. I went back and it was evened out and thinned a bit more, but not nearly enough. This salon is the whole vibe. I don't just go for the great cut and color, but also for the environment. It is the upleveled environment. It feels like that boutique experience you would imagine getting in a big city. I feel like the salon is right out of a magazine. I can step in and just relax before and during my appointment.
