My personal experience with this bowling alley is this - my family, my sister's family and my sister in laws family (a total of 11 people) went there to bowl. Because there was 11 of us, we needed 2 lanes. We brought 2 coupons - the ones mailed in Valupaks. The employee, Danae, said she couldn't honor both coupons as we were considered one party. Went to this facility twice and both times was made to wait over 20 minutes while there were numerous lanes open. When we inquired as to why we were made to wait so long we were told the lanes were reserved. We were OK with half of the facility being closed off for such uses, but there were a number of additional lanes left unused.
