Great service but they don’t tell you if you aren’t covered. By the time I received my denial from BCBS I owed $800. That’s a pretty cheap trick.
From the first phone encounter to the final "graduation" visit, my experience was 100 %. Nick, John, Amy, Rita, and Jen all work together to form a customized plan of care. No two patients are the same in terms of recovery. I loved the individual attention. My visits were around 45 minutes to an hour, but I never felt like I was "just another patient" or that the therapists were rushing to get my appointment finished so that the next patient could start.
