I've been a patient at this practice for over twenty years (including in its former incarnation as St Giles Surgery). I think I've had excellent care and have valued greatly being able to see the same doctor every time. Dr Vasant has helped me through several difficult health problems, and his knowledge as a doctor and of me as a patient is invaluable. I went with my parter to her appoiment this morning, one of the Doctor called her and we ask the doctor the name and he said yes. the doctor check her and gave blood test at the Kings Hospiltal and surprise when she went to the blood test appoiment the nurse said her name doesnt macth with the form the dorctor gave to her. We came back to the Gp and they said we went to the wrong doctor.. and I asked him (Doctor) twice her name and he confirm her name (Gloria) but was a wrong pacient. Only join if you're desperate! Possibly the worst experience I've had from a doctor's surgery coming out of the pandemic. Lo-coms - don't listen to you when you have a problem. With advise from another practitioner. As they didn't action notes which they took. Cancelled yet another one of my appointments and sent me to A&E where I stayed for 3+ hours not to be actually seen. The service at this medical center is terrible, the worst I've ever experienced. Dr. Rosemary was highly unprofessional during my appointment. She didn't allow me to explain my symptoms and dismissed my concerns, as if I didn't know my own body. She downplayed my pain and health issues and, despite not being a specialist in the relevant area, had the audacity to question the validity of my condition. If you have the chance to go to this GP, avoid it at all costs. The entire experience was appalling.
Venomous receptionist with a severe deficiency in kindness. Can’t comment on service beyond the receptionist as she’s refused to arrange an appointment for me each time I’ve called. 111 it is.
