The drivers are very kind and the bus generally runs on schedule . The only downside is their system is that you tell them your desired stop and they stop at it. Well, that often doesn’t work. More than a dozen times in the last six months have they overshot until they remember, or more often, I have to tell them. It goes to show that the pull cord system works better, but I still appreciate the convenience
Remarkably skilled drivers and genuinely helpful. Have an awesome ride.
The worst bus driver I've seen. He stopped short and an elderly woman almost got injured. Yes, she got up before the bus stopped, but this guy should have been aware of what was going on in his bus. He left early and I had to run to catch him. When I was waiting at the stop to return, he drove right past me and I had to run again! Fortunately, he had to stop at a red light! Then, he complained about opening the door for me. Never again. A cab is worth the money.
