I have a 15 yearold snow blower and they had the parts on hand or ordered in a timely manner. good customer service and always will to answer a question about a repair. I will keep going back!
these bad reviews sound like they are all written by the same person, with an axe to grind- I have worked with BH&G for 10 years and have found it a great experience- they have repaired mowers for me, and do they repairs and maintenance on my generator, including coming out in a snowstorm to fix a mistake by the installers- trustworthy and courteous-
Really slow service, cost and wait time much higher and longer than the estimate, and the repair only lasted three mows.
I been waiting more than a month to get my mower fixed for what they called a "simple" repair. This has happened with them before. Anybody know a reliable place in Brunswick to get mowers and chain saws fixed?
Poor Customer Service to say the least, rude, unknowledgeable and uncaring of customers needs. Supposed to be ready first of the week, so we called on Tuesday, they said it would be ready Thursday... Called Thursday was told there was a back-order issue and that now it was going to be another few days, and an EXTRA charge for part. Needless to say we went and picked up our item and brought it to another local guy. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!!
Wouldn't quote out price to fix! Told it would be a couple days, now over a week. Very disappointed!!!!
The Best! We used Hector for our photographer for our wedding on 10/19/08. We met Hector at the Bridal show and I just knew he was exactly what I wanted for my photographer and then I found out his prices and I immediately booked him. He is very nice but more importantly his pictures are amazing. Not only that but he has amazing prices. They are less than everyone else but better quality.
