Great experience 4 times now! Always helpful and kind. Have never waited more than 20 minutes and mostly faster. So glad to have found a new medical office that provides a caring environment with knowledgeable staff.!

Unfortunately I can't rate half a star. It took more than 6 months for the 'physician' to determine my symptoms. During that time I had completed my own research and diagnosed myself. The receptionist should work at a better practice as she was wonderful. One staff member was extremely rude and couldn't be bothered to call with tests results, then found it necessary to lie to the doctor and say she had called me. Woman at front dest disrespected me and yelled at me to the point I had a panic attack- which was what I had an appointment for. She talked badly about me to her fellow employee right in front of my face, saying "I'm not gonna be nice" right after they all ignored and refused to help me while I tried to check in. She was SO rude and disrespectful. I read other reviews saying the same thing about her, so it's clearly not just me. Went here today, thinking that we were at the right place but soon discovered that we were at the wrong office. The lady at the front desk was RUDE!!! We were looking for urgent care. We are from out of town so was not familiar with the area. As we walked in the lady at the front desk said, we just closed. We explained that we thought it was the urgent care and she responded, no, we are closed. You can go to the ER or to the urgent care clinic. The staff there is wonderful, caring and make what could be a grudgingly difficult experience as painless a possible. They are all totally professional while being very personable and relatable at the same time. I'm so very happy to have switch my family over to this practice.
