I've been seeing Dr Brunswick since her days at Sears. However I've been seeing Dr Lacey lately with extreme pleasure. This last visit I was told my insurance would pay for a $39 procedure., but a month later, I have a bill for $39. Tried for months to talk to someone, and everytime I called they say they would call me back. Making me mis work because they held my RX hostage till I paid. I had to call bbb to get them to act. RecommendedGreat drs and most of the staff is kind. I disapprove of the secretary who judged me for using my child support card. It honestly was none of her business and her attitude wasn't needed.

I have put off and prayed on sending this review and email and unfortunately I feel it to be necessary. I will NEVER return to your clinic. RecommendedI had a great experience at Brunswick Eye center! As always Dr. Shaw is very personable and professional as she is very thorough. My entire family in seen in their office we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
RecommendedI went in recently for an exam and was very pleased. The last place I went to made me feel less than and so I waited 9 years to go back to see a Dr. Both of my children are patients as well and everyone is so patient and kind to them.
