If i were you, I wouldnt get a wax here, especially a Brazilian -- they very clearly are not qualified to give them. Also the vibe from one of the staff members was very overtly unkind and dismissive; the other two were nice. edit after buisness response -- this is how i know you are antagonistic and lying. I didnt come in for a facial, i only came for a wax and i was on time. Love this place. I have been coming for years. Never need appointment, can walk right in. I'll tell you they're pretty strong . Sometimes you have to ask them to back off a little. Can't beat the pricing either.
Had a facial and acupressure services 3 days apart- had Ilene both times. Amazing- left feeling wonderful! Thanks
