The model home for Richmond homes is amazing. Homes from the 600k but worth 1 million anywhere else.
Big beautiful model home. Lots of choices.
The community is amazing. It’s a 50min to 1hr travel a Northern Virginia. If you’re planning to relocate to maryland and stay close to northern virginia, this is the best place. The drawbacks (according to me), the nearest hospital is 20-30min away. Not sure if it’s a little longer if there’s traffic. There are no much restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Other than that, the homes in this community are beautiful.
