This place checks all my boxes and more. From the front desk to the vet I feel my dogs are extremely well cared for. I love that they notify me when my dogs are due for vaccines, etc. I recently went to the ER Vet and I received a call and text from Brunswick Animal Crossing asking how my dog, Archie was doing! We are super impressed with our experience. Our first visit was exceptional. We gave the office 3 hours notice and they still fit us in. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable and they spent a lot of time with us to dive deeper into the issues our dog is having. I am also impressed with how far they went to keep our dog comfortable and prevented interactions with other dogs. We were there in March for an emergency visit, they graciously squeezed my dog in since all other vets were booked up for the day , or closed due to the timing. They took great care of my boy, and updated us at all times through his emergency procedure and couple hour stay there. I cannot thank them enough they are wonderful. I can tell my boy was grateful and comfortable around all of the staff, from me and Cody (the gentle giant German shepherd )we thank you so so much for being the best!
Really great set up with a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Doctor and assistants were so kind and gentle with my pet. Gave reasonable advice with a good plan for future care. Prices were average - I would return here again and recommend to friends.
After bouncing around from clinic to clinic for our cat's dental problems, we finally feel he's in fantastic hands at Brunswick Crossing! This place has definitely stood out. Each and every single staff member I've come across has been so friendly, caring, and gentle, with great communication. When I had to run back out to my car, one of them even went and sat with our cat in the room while I was gone. Techs and veterinarians are so informative, and we've left feeling assured!
