TERRIBLE PLACE!!! my friend has had MANY items stolen from her room. Many of the CNA's are rude and mean. Today my friend sent her new dress to the laundry for the first time. She also sent new towels she purchased with her own money. Both were lost. No one cared to try to find these items. She was looking forward to wearing her dress on Easter. My friend has very little money to spend, so these items were important to her. This place is so demoralizing. Horrible place. !!!!!
