Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. I had problems with my membership and the way my concerns were handled. The customer service did not resolve the issue satisfactorily, so I can’t recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to Brunswick Baths regularly. Like a lot of people in poorly insulated Brunswick rentals, it’s one of the few places I can count on to actually warm up in winter. That’s getting harder and harder to rely on. On my last visit, there was a sign saying the spa was cold. The “hot” shower by the steam room was cold too, with zero warning. The entire facility is very good. But if planning on using the gym you will need an extra two layers of clothing. This morning the gym was about 4 degrees with the air conditions blowing out chilled air (it was genuinely warmer outside). Poor staff said there was nothing they could do. The system was controlled at the council offices (not on site). So clearly, customer comfort isn't a big focus. Worth going, just make sure you take your thermals.

Great facilities but front desk staff could be a little more professional
