Used to be a lovely little pool when it was run by council. Privatising the pool has turned into a sad and badly run space. 1 bored lifeguard barely covering both indoor pools, spa, sauna and steam room does not feel safe. No sign at reception about the outdoor pool being closed today when there are clearly major works happening. Aqua classes running in half the pool (across lanes, not up and down a few lanes) meaning only one lane to swim laps.

Disgusting, unhygienic, dirty, pool & bathrooms, grumpy unfriendly staff with 0 social skills, cockroaches galore! Do yourself a favour and go to another indoor pool!
Come here nearly daily, and honestly it’s gotten pretty grim lately. The outdoor pool is now closed for six months for renovations, which fair enough, these things happen. But the management of the indoor facilities while that’s happening has been appalling. They’ve closed half the swimming space without reducing fees at all, and at nearly $20 a week you’d expect basic upkeep and cleanliness. Instead the place feels like it’s actively falling apart.
