Spent considerable time picking out patio furniture in the store. Left a 50% deposit. Delay after delay with delivery and after almost 3 months of repeated calls and no call backs, they had no idea where my order was or when it would be delivered. I finally cancelled the order (Memorial Day weekend) and went to another store to buy something off the floor. Never was offered a discount for the inconvenience or made an effort to solve the problem. Very poorly run business. No desire or understanding of customer service.
Shopped here after a place we bought from prior, great decision! In-town shop with very reasonable prices, and willing to do a little work to meet our needs. Richie was awesome! Delivery time is long but not Brunson's fault, not a prob for us.
Brunson's Patio Shoppe is a true depiction of a home town small business. Ritchie, the owner, works very hard to be sure his customers are satisfied with both their product choice and service. I bought a set of natural gas logs for our fireplace. He took the time needed to answer all my questions and even hooked me up with an installer! And the prices are great too.
This is a beautiful place to go look for your patio needs. Their quality is of the utmost excellence and the proprietors are very kind and helpful.
