Got a nail in one of the tires on my car this Saturday. My Chevy dealership did not have a mechanic who knew how to take run-flat tires off of a Corvette. I brought it to Bruno’s with no appointment. Jon spent the better part of an hour taking the time to jack the car carefully (very stressful for both of us) , get the tire off and patched effectively. He seemed happy to do it. Dying breed, glad he was there. Helped me out tremendously and I highly recommend.
horrible service. my fiancé paid for gas & they told him his card declined but when my fiancé checked his account. the money was taken out. it was nice to know they tried to comfort him knowing it really pissed him off but one of the workers started commenting saying "that's all the money you have? you can't pay for more?" FIRST OFF MONEY IS MONEY, IT IS HIS MONEY THAT HE EARNED. who are y'all to tell him to spend more when there is proof that it was taken out of his card. they didn't try to fix the problem which caused a sc... read more
