Bruno's has the best square pizza in New Jersey, and it's not close. The sauce is the star. It's generous, slightly sweet and fruity, and finished with a dusting of pecorino or Parmesan that brings everything together. The cheese is balanced, and the crust has an incredible crunch. I always order mine well done. They don't always do it but i don't mind, it's delicious either way. I am livid. My boyfriend is celiac and gluten free. I ordered a gluten free pizza for him since he was very busy working and a regular pie was delivered. I called and the owner never even apologized. this is absolutely awful. He could get sooooooo sick. He wouldnt even send a driver to deliver the correct one. Dont waste your money unless you want a family member to be sick. This man should not be running a business as he has no care in the world about making my boyfriend sick. DONT GO THERE!!!!!
