Ordered 3 pizzas was told 45min, show up and nothing was made now told to wait another 20min for them and not even busy seen 4 orders on the line.
Won't be ordering from here again. I ordered at 5:15 with an email saying our order would be ready at 5:55. At 6:05 we were told they hadn't even started our order because of all the callins continuing to come in AFTER us - so they essentially implied because our order was online we weren't a priority. Why allow online ordering if you just ignore those and they don't go into your ordering queue?
Called in a pizza order, was told it will be ready in 45 minutes. Show up in 45 minutes, pay for the pizza and am told it will be ready in 25 minutes. No apology for being late...

The best pizza we’ve ever had. And the best deep dish in town. Mimmo’s is amazing...from great food to the generous contributions to our community. Would recommend to anyone
