I went to Bruno of Brooklyn for the first time on January 14, 2026 with a friend I ordered the eggplant Parmesan it was totally unacceptable and unlike no other similar dish I ever had it came with seven thin slices of eggplant which were cooked well and a thin slice of some kind of cheese on top and a little red sauce around the dish.
