Update- don’t expect to get any further customer service after they get your money. Now I see why all the bad reviews. Drove from Dallas to purchase a Ferris 2200. Tyler was as good as is gets making the deal with. I was apprehensive about driving 10 hours round trip and the deal falling through but everything me and Tyler agreed on was what I found when I arrived hat morning. ordered a part on 8/22/2025 for my ls tractor and now had to o to back to try get my money back since I still havent got parts and they have refused to call me back or cancel the items since you cant seem to get parts for ls tractor from them.
Bought an LS tractor and never had to go there. They delivered it and I signed the papers in my driveway in 5 minutes.
