The best word I have to describe this company is SKETCHY!! I wish I could give zero stars. I have never had such bad customer service from a company. They were rude, unreasonable, and came across very doltish and without class. They literally threatened me with holding my car hostage. Weeks into repairing my car, I got a frantic phone call saying I needed to come pay immediately but my car was not completed yet.
